Natural gas deliveries to LNG facilities are nominated to be higher for today’s gas day. Total deliveries are set to be just under 4 Bcf/d with Sabine jumping the most. The average delivery to Sabine so far this month has been 1.15 Bcf/d, with today coming in at 1.52 Bcf/d.

 

 

Last week the FERC gave Elba permission to bring on train #8, but so far we have see no real change in deliveries to Elba.

 

Here are the latest global natgas prices and spreads to the US Gulf Coast.

 

 

 

Today’s Fundamentals:
Daily US natural gas production is estimated to be 84.6 Bcf/d this morning. Today’s estimated production is -0.21 Bcf/d to yesterday, and -0.03 Bcf/d to the 7D average.

Natural gas consumption is modelled to be  74.9 Bcf today, -0.89 Bcf compared to the yesterday and -0.7 Bcf to the 7D average. US power burns are expected to be 43.3 Bcf today, and US ResComm usage is expected to be 7.4 Bcf.

Net LNG deliveries are expected to be 3.9 Bcf/d today.

Mexican exports  are 6.1 Bcf/d. Net Canadian are 4.5 Bcf/d.
