Today’s 00z run showed another big shift warmer temps across all regions except the Pacific. The GFS Ensemble lost a total of 11 GWHDDs vs yesterday 00z. The Euro Ensemble saw a similar change with 8.5 GWHDDs lower.

 

The aggressive move in weather over the past couple of days now takes the forecast well below the 10Y normal past March 14th.

Today’s Fundamentals

Daily US natural gas production is estimated to be  93.8 Bcf/d this morning. Today’s estimated production is -0.28 Bcf/d to yesterday, and -1.16 Bcf/d to the 7D average.

Natural gas consumption is modelled to be 96.6 Bcf today,  -0.55 Bcf/d to yesterday, and +10.1 Bcf/d to the 7D average. US power burns are expected to be 28.6 Bcf today, and US ResComm usage is expected to be 37.5 Bcf.

Net LNG deliveries are expected to be 12.5 Bcf today. Corpus Christie deliveries remain low after yesterday.

Mexican exports are expected to be 6.7 Bcf today, and net Canadian imports are expected to be 5.2 Bcf today.

The storage outlook for the upcoming report is -130 Bcf today.
