Today’s 00z run shifted warmer, particularly in the Midwest and East. The GFS Ensemble showed a drop of 24.7 GWHDDS, while the Euro Ensemble showed a 8.3 drop.
As seen in the regional breakout, the focus of the warming was the Center to East of the country.
With this change, the full March outlook is now moving closer to last years levels.
Today’s Fundamentals:
Daily US natural gas production is estimated to be 91.4 Bcf/d this morning. Today’s estimated production is -0.02 Bcf/d to yesterday, and -0.92 Bcf/d to the 7D average.
Natural gas consumption is modelled to be 75.6 Bcf today, +3.67 Bcf/d to yesterday, and -4.45 Bcf/d to the 7D average. US power burns are expected to be 23.44 Bcf today, and US ResComm usage is expected to be 24.9 Bcf.
Net LNG deliveries are expected to be 10.9 Bcf today.
Mexican exports are expected to be 6.3 Bcf today, and net Canadian imports are expected to be 4.1 Bcf today.
