Today’s Fundamentals

Daily US natural gas production is estimated to be  98.9 Bcf/d this morning. Today’s estimated production is -2.15 Bcf/d to yesterday, and -1.55 Bcf/d to the 7D average. The drop comes from multiple regions, but mainly TX and the NE.

Natural gas consumption is modelled to be 74.5 Bcf today,  -2.06 Bcf/d to yesterday, and -2.13 Bcf/d to the 7D average. US power burns are expected to be 37.7 Bcf today, and US ResComm usage is expected to be 7.9 Bcf.

Net LNG deliveries are expected to be 11.1 Bcf today. There was a 0.4 Bcf/d drop in flows to Sabine Pass today due to unknown reasons.

Mexican exports are expected to be 6.8 Bcf today, and net Canadian imports are expected to be 5.7 Bcf today.

For week ending Sept 9th, the S/D storage is pointing to a +82 Bcf, while our flow model is at +74 Bcf injection.  LY we injected +78 Bcf during the same week.
